I have never been so frustrated with a vendor in all my life. The inventory was sub-par (actually, way way way sub-par). It took ages (almost 12 weeks) to get my order as it kept "getting lost." Then, when I saw the quality of the merchandise, I was a very unhappy camper. I was assured that I would get a PROMPT refund for anything I returned. Well, it has been, hmmmm, over 4 months since the return was made (for a few hundred dollars worth of merchandise), and guess what...I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. I have never dealt with this level of incompetence or lack of professionalism - EVER.
