I wanted to take a minute to let you know that Remy Carretero has always provided me with top notch service and care over the last couple of years. Recently I had my car in for body and suspension work. Remy understood my concerns that the insurance company could try to cut corners and he made sure that the insurance adjuster saw all of the damage done, which ended up being far more extensive than I imagined. He gave me frequent and informative updates throughout the process so I never felt in the dark. My car was delivered looking better than when I purchased it (I bought a CPO 330i) and I could not have been more pleased. Having someone go out of their way like that is to me a level of service that represents what BMW stands for and what your dealership and service team are all about.
Due to my work, I move around quite a bit, so it is important for me to have a BMW dealership location close by for maintenance. I have had service at New Century and Brecht BMW, but my first experience at Savage recently was the most memorable. I loved Paul, my service advisor. He was honest and very friendly, but most importantly, he was honest and didn't push me for sales. My car is a 2003 745i model, so it is up there in years, but very low in mileage. I have been thinking of trading my car before the 80k mark, as well as buying a used first BMW vehicle for my daughter. I can tell you I will be back to Savage for all my future maintenance, as well as the purchase of my new BMW's. It is rare for me to take a moment to respond to any survey; however, this is my first frank response to a survey. Thank you for making this a memorable and WOW type of experience!
