I recently called here myself before i came upon the reveiw I needed to make sure I was calling the right place when I came across this reveiw although this number that is posted is not the number I called.I am second to qoute that the above reveiw is as stated POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE And It does make you really glad to read others reveiw before you put your money out to a place of buisness that hires drug users. they need to screen all! aparently the promblem that is within has been there i have delt with r e harrington plumbing and heatingin the past over a couple of years ago and i can not remember there services being like this.Maybe they read thier reveiws and take some sort of heads up on what is going on in thier buisness before it goes down the cutter!!!!

I called this company to get an estimate and when i called ,the receptionist or the young lady who did answer the phone by saying hello this is mara or marsa. i can not exactly remember her name that she said .i was told to hold on. she did not know that i was not properly put on hold she was discussing the use and sale of narcotics drugs to another that sounded also to be female i do not concider this at all to be professional. I would not want any services from here. Who Knows If This Is How Customer Service Is Trained Or Do They Even Know This Is How Buissness Is Handled On Their Time.I Strongly Say Stay Away From Here I Found A Great Plumber Who I Recomend And It Is Not Here
