I just read the previous review about Insomniac design. Jane you are so right. I hired them couple of years ago for my site. I paid a lot more then what they originally told it was going to cost. It took them like 6 months to finish my site. The design wasn't bad, it just took way too long and they cost more then what they promised. I got the last laugh, I got my attorney to sen the owner a letter and I got half of money back. Bunch of scam artist bastards!!!

I wanted to make an appointment with the owners of Insomniac design last month about my website. I came to my business and told me that he can improve my website. He told me to call him in 2 weeks, so I did call him 2 weeks later Monday to be exact. He told me Friday of that week is the only time he can see me. Mind you, this is almost 3 weeks after I met the man. When I met him he told me how great his company is and he will give me a great deal. And moreover he said the work will take only 2-3 weeks. OK, I told myself I can be a little patient, since he promised a fast turn around time. The day of my appointment he called and said something came up and he will call me to reschedule. Now I am getting little annoyed with this guy. Why is he being so unprofessional. I called the week after and left a voice mail. He called me 8 or 9 days later telling that his partner is out of the country and he can't do the project for what he quoted me. He said if I can pay an extra 40%, then he will start on my project right away. I lost my mind hearing that, and my hands are shaking now as I am writing this. I wanted to spit on his face!!!. I told him that he gives me 90% discount, I will not use him. He is shady and dishonest. I am happy that i didn't leave a deposite like he asked me to.
