The zipper on my daughter's bride's maid gown separated during the wedding ceremony. I had to buy safety pins to hold it together so you couldn't see her skin where the gown separated. The owner, Mary, and manager, Sharon, didn't return phone calls about the dress malfunction. When they finally did, they were rude and offered only to replace the zipper. I would not reccommend this shop at all.
