I think our whole visit was 30 minutes ( my dog is 4.6 lbs) shots and nail trimming included. I even had to call back and ask how much Benadryl I should give the dog for the flight and they were courteous over the phone.

My last visit was over a year ago, but my indoors cat had been lost outside for three days and was severely dehydrated when I brought him to you. You were brilliant. Although I had heard that your hospital is both impersonal and expensive, I didnt find either was the case. You were quick to help, gentle with my cat and clear in your instructions

The quality of the medical care is outstanding and I feel very secure knowing any problems will be detected and treated properly.
