My husband and I recently returned from a fabulous vacation. We would like to say a special thanks to Lisa Heeter at CruiseOne for making all the special arrangements. I initially attempted to make the travel arrangements myself, but things were becoming more of a hassle than anything. Especially when I found that the resort we wanted was sold out during the dates we planned. I saw an advertisement for Lisa Heeter’s CruiseOne franchise and decided to give her a call. My husband and I thought that maybe we would go on a cruise instead of our original plans. When Lisa realized that I really wanted to go to a specific resort more than a cruise, she asked me what I was looking for and then told me to give her a few minutes and she would call me back. When Lisa called me back, she was able to not only get us the accommodations at the resort we wanted and during the dates we wanted, but she even got us a better rate! We will definitely use this travel agent again.
