We paid for repair service, that was not performed properly. The fireplace has not worked since. When I called them about it they told me that someone must have opened up the wall switch and disconnected it after they left! They would only come out to check it if I paid another $100.00 service fee I would NEVER recommend anyone doing business with them. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, the military JAG office and any other agency I can think of so that others are not taken advantage of.
